Water Aerobics Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00-9:00 a.m.
Monday-Thursday 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday 7:00-8:00 p.m.

Class Descriptions:

Over 50 & Fit - 8:00 a.m. - Monday & Friday - Leisure Pool
This class is designed for the over 50 group, we have several that are over 80. Class begins with a brisk warm-up, jogging in place and some arm exercises to get the heart rate up and try to sustain for at least 15 minutes. Using the edge of the pool for support you'll also work on balance, good posture and deep breathing. The class ends with a cool down and stretch.

Whacky Wednesday - 8:00 a.m. - Wednesday - Leisure Pool
This class uses the blue bar bell floats. Using the bar bells for resistance, some of the ladies feel it is a bit more strenuous workout then the Monday and Friday classes.

Jump Start Your Day - 8:00 a.m - Tues & Thurs - Leisure Pool
This class is similar to the 6:15 a.m. workout, but is a full 60-minutes.

Evening Classes:

5:30 p.m. - Monday thru Thursday - Leisure Pool
Come and join us for a fun low impact workout. You will use floating devices and weights while exercising to music. We start with 20 minutes of jogging and working the arms using weights of 2, 3 or 5 pounds. For the remainder of the workout we stretch and tone different areas of the body.

7:00 p.m. - Tuesday & Thursday - Lap Pool
High intensity workout using bar bells and weights.

All of the water workouts are for men and women and begin with a stretching segment and end with a cool down. You need not be a swimmer to come to class. Come and try a different way to exercise.
